About Me

I have a Master of Science degree in physics. I worked for 38 years as a research scientist with the Defence Scientific Establishment often in collaborative projects with US, UK and Australian military establishments, my reports being published in confidential journals. I now write thrillers with a nature versus technology theme. About my interest in writing novels. C.K.Stead in the introduction to his book, 'The Writer at Work' 'remembers nostalgically the days when writers were independent souls who stood alone, officially unrecognised, making their own books.' As far as I'm concerned these days never went away.
